אני מצרף לכם דואל ששלחתי ליצרן בשביל להבין מה קרה ואיך רמה כזו של מוצר קורסת. זה הדואל החמישי שאני שולח (כל פעם לידיעה מורחבת יותר של סוכנים בעולם,ועם פחות תמונות כדי לא להכביד).

Dear service...
I own a less than two years old MTB bike, that for my huge surprise when I clean my bike just to find a big CRACK in the rear HUB. The bicycle is CANNONDALE JEKILL 3000 model 2003, all components are high end, so I find it very strange that the hub cracks and fail down. (By your website he´s define category TOP END).
I am only riding XC and never made any drops (it´s not my style).
The local dealer http://rosen-meents.co.il/ explained that I have to buy a new complete wheel and there is no warranty for the HUB even that in DTswiss website it written that there is two years warranty.
Attach some photos of the crack.
