Dear friends
Thank you very much for all After long hours investigating in the clear coat technologies and innovations I am practicing the following resolution To solve the problem of :
Multi layer clearcoating where bottom coats stays wet
I am using a thin sanding paper 1000+ and removing a thin clearcoat layer After thoroughly cleaning the dust I heat the sanded clearcoat with a hair fan at max heat very close to the application until the metal under feels hot enough to touch Then I leave it to cool down under normal house fan I am repeating the process again and again till the clearcoat is dry enough when I am clicking on it with a nail and there is no mark You will need to test that in all area parts as some parts are already fully dried and others are not After completing that I am using a special rubbing compound which acts like a liquid sanding paper and actually restores a better shine then before sanding :)
Final word to avoid the above issue I recommend using very thin layers of clearcoat if more coats needed then sand down with 1000+ paper after t 24 hours leave it resting 24 hours then recoat thin again this way you make sure each layer is fully dry! and the finish will be smoothest If you have clearcoat spray overspray that fogs the shine then you will use the rubbing compound to perfect it
Good luck clearcaoting ;)
